Slimming World Early Bird Session Launch 7am from September 7th

At Slimming World we support our members with the changes they would like to make around how they shop, cook, eat and how active they are. Our generous eating plan means that there is no hunger. No mussing out on social occasions. No need to weigh and measure everything. No need to feel isolated and struggle alone. Who could lose weight like that?
Our weekly sessions celebrate successes, explore tricky situations and struggles without judgement and lock in commitment to change for the week ahead. There really is no feeling like the support of a Slimming World Community. Our whole aim is sustainable change to remain slim for life.
I have struggled with my weight all my life. By the time I found out about Slimming World I'd lost all hope in ever being healthy and happy with my weight. I'm now 7 1/2 stone lighter and loving life but I know there's no way I could have done it without the support of my group. The world we live in is focused on food and most of it isn't healthy. We need support and ideas from our fellow members to navigate this! That's why I am introducing this 7am session to the eight sessions I already run in Hitchin and Stevenage, to ensure everyone has access to a quality group that prioritises their success within the busy lives we lead.
I look forward to welcoming lots of new members there form September 7th onwards.
