The Mall Luton

About

The Mall Luton is visited by millions every year and is home to over 100 stores under one roof, including a range of independents alongside major high street brands. From fashion to food, health & beauty to everyday essentials, there is something for everyone. The centre offers guests a wide range of facilities and events to ensure a unique experience for the whole family. The Mall Luton also has some popular supermarkets like Tesco and Farmfoods, and in September Lidl will be opening their doors.

Enjoy a range of restaurants and cafes - revive yourself with a cappuccino, grab a snack, or relax with family and friends over a meal. Take a break during your visit with a range of tastes and prices to suit everyone from international brands to independently owned cafes and restaurants.  Many of the coffee shops open at 7.30am for breakfast.

From tasty noodles to delicious kebabs, Feast Street is the place to eat at The Mall.  Whether you want to sit down and enjoy a fresh lunch, or just grab a snack, it’s the ideal place to take a break and refuel. With three fantastic new food and drink venues having opened in the last few months, including an authentic oriental bakery, there really is something for everyone.

There are a great range of facilities, including a children’s soft play area. Online orders can be collected and returned through CollectPlus at the Ask Me Point, the specially trained team are always on hand to give assistance.

The Mall runs a rewards scheme for guests, offering discounts at a wide range of stores through the free   Reward ME scheme – find out more here. There is also the Mall Monster’s Friends club – the shopping centre mascot set up the special kids club with little ones’ happiness in mind. Regular free events for members include face painting, storytelling, competitions and an array of themed special events throughout the year, from space camps to eco-friendly fun.  Members also get free gifts at various events and receive a special birthday email.

The centre sits at the heart of the town and community life is very important. They support a broad range of local initiatives and organisations every year, from charities and arts programmes through to cultural celebrations. The team regularly spend time raising money and awareness or giving back to the community through COVID care packages to key workers, special community podcasts and volunteering at the local Foodbank. 2021 sees the centre as Artistic Partner for Keech Hospice Care’s the Big Trunk Trail - the biggest and most unique outdoor public art event Luton’s ever seen, coming to the town this Summer.
