The Green Man is a public house, restaurant and hotel. Built in the 1700s, this old coach house has been transformed over the years and is has recently undergone further modernisation. We are situated in a small hamlet on the B658, about 4 miles from the A1 and approximately 18 miles from M1. Call into to our warm and welcoming space to enjoy traditional ales, delicious food and a comfortable stay.

Whether you’re a couple wanting a romantic dinner for two or a party of 70 celebrating, we can cater for you. We have a restaurant which can seat up to 70 people and a conservatory, which is regularly used for weddings and functions. Our lounge and front bar area is the perfect place for an dinner where friends can eat, drink and relax. With a range of different wines and craft ales available on tap, the front bar is the perfect place for a relaxing night with friends. Our conservatory area is available for hire for large dinners, wedding reception and other special events such as birthday parties.
