We are small Italian Pizzeria and Cafe’ in the heart of Sandy.
In the morning we operate as a cafe and you will find homemade cakes, ciabattas and sourdough toast served alongside our barista crafted cappuccinos and flat whites.
In the evenings we serve authentic Italian pizza, sharing platters and, so we are told, the best tiramisu within a few miles.
Our dough contains 6 simple ingredients: Salt, Yeast, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Water,a mix of white and wholegrain stone-ground flour and TLC. We prove our dough between 12 and 36 hours to obtain a light, crispy and easy-to-digest pizza
Being community focused our aim is to provide a place where people can enjoy good food, good company and a good laugh.
