The Waterfront Hotel, Golf & Spa is situated on Wyboston Lake Resort, a 380-acre business and leisure destination based midway between Cambridge and Milton Keynes, at the edge of the historic market town of St Neots.

The Waterfront Hotel itself is home to 105 bedrooms, ranging from our Superior double to the Wyboston Suite, the choice is yours. Whether you’re joining us for one night or a longer stay, you’ll rest easy knowing our rooms are both comfortable and stylish.

The Gravel Pit Brasserie is the place to eat, meet and enjoy. Serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner all of our menus have been put together by our chefs to offer a range of dishes for you to enjoy. We aim to source as much of our produce locally and have introduced ‘the 25-mile promise’, meaning that some of our dishes have all ingredients sourced from within 25 miles. Take advantage of our extensive drinks’ menu here, along with the comfortable, quirky bar, and beautiful outside terrace overlooking the East Lake.

The award-winning Y Spa is home to a fantastic thermal spa and multiple treatment rooms. Amongst the facilities are a soft sauna, salty cabin, steam room, experience showers, hydrotherapy pool and the UK’s first Finnish Kelo sauna. With a range of spa days, stays, treatments and special offers running seasonally we’re sure Y Spa is the perfect place for you to unwind and relax.

We also play host to an 18-hole golf course situated on the banks of the Great River Ouse. With a total of 8 holes featuring tricky water hazards this par 70 course is the perfect place to test your skills, socialise with friends and enjoy the great outdoors.

On-top of this the resort is home to two purpose-built conference, training & event venues. Both are well-designed, flexible and capable of hosting a variety of events.
