Situated in the Bedfordshire village of Upper Caldecote, within the countryside parish of Northill, The Long Barn at Water Lane Farm offers self contained studio apartments on a working farm. An ideal base for exploring the local surroundings, work appointments or a leisure break. The studios are perfectly suited if you are visiting the area and would like your own space.
Graces and Pikle are located on the first floor, they are accessed via a spacious and well lit staircase. Homefield and Sugar Loaf offer ground level step free entry making them accessible to all.
Each of the studios is fully equipped for a maximum of two occupants. Accommodation comprises of air conditioned studio living space with king, super king or twin beds, a fully fitted kitchen and ensuite shower room. Bed linen, towels, heating, hot water, SPA toiletries, tea & coffee provisions and wi-fi are all included.
Adjacent to the barn there is a communal garden with patios and outdoor seating offering meadow views and giving easy access to local countryside walks. Ample car parking is provided along with a bike storage rack.

Directions
From the A1 - From the Biggleswade North roundabout proceed northbound and exit on to the first left turn, sign posted Upper Caldecote. Proceed for 0.8 miles until you see a left turn on to Water Lane. Follow this narrow lane all the way to the end to locate the farm.
From the M1 - exit at junction 13 onto the A421 towards Bedford and follow this for 11.3 miles. Take the exit A603 towards Sandy, follow this for 8 miles. At the T junction turn right towards Upper Caldecote for 2 miles until you enter the village and take the second left turn, Biggleswade Road. After 0.4 miles you will see a right turn on to Water Lane. Follow this narrow lane all the way to the end to locate the farm.
Due to the village location your own transport is recommended. A car parking space is provided for each studio.
